TVI, generally known as Travel Ventures International: I began with TVI as the compensation program was excellent, the products were good, and the start up expenses were low, just a $250 one time fee.
Pretty rapidly people I interacted with saw the fantastic possibilities and they joined TVI immediately . As my team grew that is when the problems surfaced. First it was difficult to get money to the company. Second of all, no one knows specifically who owns the company and that was starting to become problematic. But the largest issue revealed was something that is hidden in the compensation plan. It is the way the boards break up which means your team breaks away from you too. It was unexpected to see how quickly my group was on several compensation boards and my team was fragmented to such a level that none of us could help each other.
On top of that when people from other teams are on your board and they determine to stop TVI or to refocus on their other roles on other boards then your board stagnates. I instantly stopped recruiting into TVI as it rapidly became clear that the TVI corporate entity would make a huge amount of money from people who became stranded on boards and the majority of the people joining would not make money, only the few at the top would earn the big funds. I think it is a TVI Express scam.
